We are a licensed general contractor, and our ROC license number is 336802 which is defined as the General Dual KB-2 Dual Residential and Small Commercial. We have 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Canterra Construction LLC specializes in energy efficiency residential custom home building and home renovation projects. We use the latest technology for energy efficiency, SIP panels. The company was established in 2022 by our three owners, Cesar Sanchez, Elias Barajaz, and Katherine Barajaz. Since then, we have worked on several home renovation projects and new builds in the East Valley.
We are very passionate about our work and take great pride in the quality of work and how professional our team is with every client. We are also committed to building homes with energy efficiency. We utilize SIP panels which help maintain the temperature of the home, along with solar panels. We also believe in our quality work and cater our design to every client’s wish.
We listen to our clients, and we are committed to providing a new home or renovating their home that recognizes their design and wishes. We respond to our clients and answer any questions they may have in a prompt and professional manner. We work through every project with great care, detail, professionalism considering the client every step of the way.
Team Bios
Elias Barajaz has 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. He has a Master of Science in Accounting, Master’s in Business Administration, and Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a certificate in Dealership Management.
Kathy Barajaz has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with certificate of dealership management. Kathy has a master’s degree in Business Administration. She is currently our in-house designer. She thoughtfully, with detail, can determine your interior theme and provide you samples such as cabinetry, flooring, and tiling. She takes great care to ensure all of her clients are satisfied at the completion of their project. She wants every customer to know that her work is just as if the project was her own.
Cesar Sanchez has 20 years of commercial/residential construction project management and land development. During the 20 years, Cesar has worked on many solar, residential and commercial projects throughout the west and east coast. In 2007, Cesar completed a construction management 18-week course through the Home Builders Association of Arizona. In 2022, Cesar obtained a General Contractors license.
Paola Lugo is our Executive Administrator and manages our vendors, appointments, emails, and client requests. Paola has a Bachelor of Art in Political Science with a minor in French. Paola has a master’s degree in Management. Paola is a licensed real estate agent.
