This was our first new build custom home in Gold Canyon, AZ. We designed the home to be built with SIP panels, which is a unique build to ensure energy efficiency throughout the home. We included solar panels, and a mini-split system throughout each room of the home.  The home took us about 9 months to build which is a lot faster than your traditional build which is 18-24 months.  Our designer and co-owner, Katherine Barajaz, designed each room with a unique modern style.
